Our business model is based on providing the tools necessary for the merchant to be fully comfortable and enriched with the information needed to increase sales and profitability. We provide a full portfolio of credit products available in today’s market and also provide the additional and added value services below that make our solution effective, efficient and complete.

Merchant Support
Our average set up time is 10 days from application for facilities; once an application has been approved an appointment will be made by one of our client managers to arrange, set up of facilities and a staff training session, this can be for both Manual and Electronic processing. Each merchant from then on will have a Client manager that will be the centre point for all contact. Merchants are on a calling cycle so you will be visited throughout the year on a regular basis. The client Manager can also supply you with Management Information, new costings for products and any other questions, queries you may have.

In Store Development
We have a dedicated company trainer that overseas all merchant training and development in a structured and coordinated manner.
On set up the merchant will be provided with a procedures and training pack, this will be used when one of our Client Manager’s visit to train all staff in preparation for the use of facilities in selling time. This is then backed up by an ongoing structured, account management and support approach.

Manual /On-line Processing
When choosing a finance provider it is always good to check if you have the option to process your credit transactions manually or electronically. We at Synergy can offer you both, so if you like the traditional way of filling out agreements or you have the hardware necessary to process electronically then the choice is yours.
